Account and Data Deletion Request
At Phoenix IA we respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and erase all data associated with your Noe assistant, you can do so at any time from your dashboard or by email.
How to delete your account?
Option 1 — From your dashboard (recommended)
Log in → Settings → Delete account. The system will send a verification code to your email. Deletion is immediate.
Option 2 — By email
- Send us an email to admin@phx-ia.com from the same email address you used to register in the application.
- In the subject line, write: "Account deletion - Data removal"
- We will process your request and permanently delete your account within a maximum of 72 business hours.
What data will be deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following will be permanently and irreversibly erased: your user profile, connection credentials, stored WhatsApp message history, product catalog (including images), appointment schedule and all configuration and resolution memory of your Noe assistant.
Important: re-registration restriction
To prevent abuse of the free plan, your email address will be kept in an internal registry after deletion. You will not be able to create a new account with the same email unless you contact the Phoenix IA team.
