In short

We collect what's needed to run the service: your account data, your business configuration and your WhatsApp conversations.
We don't sell your data or use it to train AI models.
We share data only with the providers that make the service work (Meta, AI, payments, database); the full list is public.
Some providers process data outside Argentina and the EU — including DeepSeek, an AI provider that processes in China.
If you delete your account, your data is erased immediately; we only keep your email on an anti-abuse list and what the law requires.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

Contact data (email, WhatsApp number)
Communication style and preferences configured during onboarding
Business information (pricing, policies, hours)
Service usage metrics

2. Use of Information

We use your information to:

Configure your personalized AI profile
Provide accurate automated responses
Improve our services
Communicate with you about your account

3. Data Protection

Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell your personal information nor use it to train artificial intelligence models. We share it only with the subprocessors listed below, to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

Sharing with Third Parties (Subprocessors)

To provide the Service we share strictly necessary data with the following subprocessors:

Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Cloud API): sending and receiving messages.
DeepSeek and Google (Gemini): processing conversation content via artificial intelligence to generate automated replies.
Mercado Pago and Paddle: payment processing.
Supabase: data hosting and database.
Google Analytics 4 and Sentry: anonymous analytics and technical monitoring.

Some subprocessors (including DeepSeek) process data outside the European Union and other regions. By using the Service you accept this international transfer, limited to what is necessary for its operation.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data while you maintain an active account. If you downgrade from a paid plan to the free plan, catalog images are automatically deleted 30 days after the change. Activity logs are kept for 90 days. When you delete your account (from Settings → Delete account, with TOTP MFA and an email code, or by email to admin@phx-ia.com), data is erased immediately and irreversibly, except your email in the internal abuse-prevention record.
