Acceptable Use Policy

    Last updated: June 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements the Terms and defines what is NOT permitted when using Noe. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination of the account.

    1. Legal compliance

Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to distribute harmful, defamatory, fraudulent or infringing content. You are responsible for the content you configure and for the communications generated with your customers.

    2. Responsible WhatsApp messaging

Spam and unsolicited messaging are prohibited. You must comply with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies, use approved templates for proactive messages, and send marketing outside the 24-hour window only to customers with a prior, recorded opt-in. Noe never infers consent from an inbound message.

    3. WhatsApp AI Policy (2026)

Noe is a business customer-service assistant. It may not be used as a general-purpose AI chatbot, nor to share chat content for the purpose of training third-party AI models, in accordance with the WhatsApp AI policy in force since 2026.

    4. Proper use of AI

Attempting to manipulate, bypass or «jailbreak» the assistant through prompt injection, obfuscated payloads or other abuse techniques is prohibited. Such attempts are detected by our anti-abuse systems and may lead to blocking of the contact or the account.

    5. Service integrity

Scraping, reselling or unauthorized access to the Service is not permitted, nor is bypassing usage limits or security measures, impersonating identities or interfering with the platform's operation.

    6. Fair-use limits

Use must stay within the limits of the contracted plan. The Ultra plan is subject to a fair-use policy. Use that systematically or abusively exceeds these limits may be restricted.

    7. Consequences

Breaching this Policy may lead to restriction, suspension or termination of access, in accordance with Section 7.2 of the Terms, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

    8. Reporting

To report misuse or ask about this Policy, write to admin@phx-ia.com or via our support page.
