Session Token (Supabase Auth) — Keeps your session active. Deleted on logout. Duration: until logout or token expiry (1 hour, auto-renewal).
PWA Preferences — Stores whether you installed the app and notification preferences. Local storage (localStorage).

We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with our platform:

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — Collects anonymous browsing information: pages visited, session duration, device used, approximate location (country/city). Does not collect personally identifiable data. Duration: up to 2 years.
Phoenix internal funnel — With your consent, stores an anonymous identifier and acquisition source to measure signup, onboarding, activation, and paid conversion. It does not store conversation content or credentials.

Meta / WhatsApp — When using the WhatsApp Business API integration, Meta may set tracking cookies per their own privacy policies.
Mercado Pago — During payment processing, Mercado Pago may set cookies for security and fraud prevention.
Paddle — For international payments, Paddle may set session cookies during the checkout process.
Sentry — Error monitoring service that may store an anonymous session identifier for technical diagnostics.
