How to use Noe

    What it does, how to configure it and how to use it day to day without losing control.

    Noe is a virtual employee for your business WhatsApp. It understands text, voice notes, photos and documents, answers repetitive questions, uses your product or service catalog, contacts, history and knowledge, and asks for approval when there are payments, quotes, bookings, discounts, exceptions or unconfirmed data.

      Understand Noe's role

      Noe does not replace the owner or your payment, booking, ordering or administration system. It works on WhatsApp: receives questions, answers repetitive messages, organizes details, handles polite refusals and turns the owner's short instructions into complete messages ready to send.

      Create the account and enter the simulator

      Sign up and test Noe without connecting your number. The simulator lets you check tone, first rules and missing business information before real WhatsApp traffic.

      Load catalog, knowledge and rules

      Add products or services, prices, hours, availability, terms, payment methods, contacts, internal notes and common replies. You also define its name, identity and how it should escalate: owner, manager, administration or the role you prefer. Noe answers better when the source of truth is clear.

      Choose the operating mode

      Autonomous replies directly only when the source of truth is enough and the action is safe. Supervised drafts and leaves messages for approval before sending. Manual keeps everything in your hands and Noe does not intervene automatically. You can switch mode based on risk, season, volume or trust.

      Connect WhatsApp through Coexistence

      When Meta enables access, you connect the number with Embedded Signup on the official WhatsApp Business API. Noe uses Coexistence: the WhatsApp Business app stays installed and messages sync with the dashboard.

      Approve payments, bookings and exceptions

      Noe can prepare the reply, but it must not invent prices, confirm uncertain availability, close payments or accept exceptions without your OK. That is the core product rule.

      Use contacts, templates, broadcasts and notifications

      Contacts store name, notes, tags, opt-in, history and whether someone is personal. If you use the same phone for work and personal life, those contacts can be exempt from automation. Notifications tell you when Noe needs approval, there is a complaint or something is pending.

      Review the morning summary and pending items

      When you open the business, Noe can summarize what happened outside business hours: new questions, orders to confirm, escalations, complaints or returning customers worth reviewing. Check conversations, requests, monthly quota and payment status; if something fails, it must remain visible and retryable.
